With a team of fully qualified ACS/CORGI certified, directly employed engineers, our Service and Maintenance Department is able to offer a round-the-clock response and preventative maintenance service to all types of building services systems.

In partnership with specialist sub-contractors this service is expanded to cover air conditioning, electrical maintenance, BMS controls and water treatment, including risk assessment and bacteriological testing.

The Department originated to provide a response and preventative maintenance service for the Colleges in Oxford and as an after sales service for our installation contracts department. This has now grown to a business with over 600 tailor-made, service and maintenance contracts, covering Warwickshire, Glos, Northhants, Oxon, Berks, Bucks, Wilts, Hants, Surrey, London. All Maintenance Agreements are carried out in accordance with HVCA guidelines.

The office is manned by the Service Manager, and the Service Co-ordinator, who between them have over 40 years experience in the building services industry. The office staff is complimented, in the field, by a Supervisor.  Our out-of-hours service is monitored by a senior member of the Service Department, and will offer advice to Contract Customers and if need be, will arrange for an engineer to call.

Our Client list includes Oxford College's, Thames Valley Police, private and state schools, hospitals, hotels, University Estates Directorate, National Trust, churches and many larger country residences throughout our area.
