SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

With a team of directly employed, fully qualified Gas Safe registered engineers, our Service and Maintenance Department is able to offer a round-the-clock response and preventative maintenance service to all types of building services systems.

In partnership with specialist sub-contractors this service is expanded to cover air conditioning, electrical maintenance, BMS controls and water treatment, including risk assessment and bacteriological testing.

The Department originated to provide a response and preventative maintenance service for the Colleges in Oxford and as an after sales service for our installation contracts department. This has now grown to a business with over 300 tailor-made, service and maintenance contracts. All Maintenance Agreements are carried out in accordance with BESA guidelines.

The office is manned by the Service Manager, and the Service Co-ordinators, who between them have over 40 years experience in the building services industry. Our out-of-hours service is monitored by a senior member of the Service Department, ensuring your calls are answered by a real person with a technical knowledge who, will offer advice to Contract Customers and if need be, will arrange for an engineer to call.

Being located centrally allows our service & maintenance team to offer a good service to a large portion of the south of England, covering; Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Surrey and North/ West London.

All Maintenance Agreements are carried out in accordance with BESA guidelines.
